Product Listing Page Redesign

Project Overview

Utilizing a user-centered, iterative design process - the structure, information architecture, and visual design of the Miles Kimball product listing pages were restructured. The updated and implemented design presented the most relevant product information to users first. The design additionally, decreased the amount of vertical space each product took up allowing the site to show more products above the fold.

Research, Analysis, & Design Recommendations

A thorough research phase was conducted to better understand the target audience, brand goals, and competitive landscape. These findings were then analyzed and design versions were created.

2

Design and Testing

The design ideation yielded a number of possible design directions. Over the course of this project, the designs were refined and narrowed down to two, where they were then A/B/C tested to determine what design should be implemented into the site.

Development

The final stage in this project included analyzing the results from the A/B/C test to determine which version should be implemented into the website, based upon the goal metrics that were set at the beginning of the test.

From there, I worked with the development team to integrate the new design into the Miles Kimball site.

Based on incremental value, it was determined that version A would be implemented into the site.
